Our Community Based Assistance (CBA) program offers community and home-based services to the elderly or to those who are disabled and in need of assistance. This serves as a reasonably priced alternative to the nursing home placement and allows an opportunity to return to the community.

- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal Preparation
- Personal Care
- Escort to Physician’s office
- Monitoring by a Skilled Nurse
- Medical Equipment Purchase
- Physical and Occupational Therapists if necessary
- Minor Home Modification for the Handicapped
